Your Data, Finally Working as One Through mesh403
Mesh403 helps organizations unlock the value of distributed data using open standards and federated architecture. We combine data mesh principles with federated governance infrastructure to build scalable, interoperable data platforms.

Designing Modern Data Platforms Without Central Bottlenecks
We design and build modern data platforms that enable teams to publish, discover, and consume trusted data across domains — without central bottlenecks.
Introducing mesh403 Xchange.
A trusted interchange for data products, without opening your network.
A governance gateway where edge data is screened and transformed into trusted enterprise assets. Rather than a physical hub, the system operates as a decentralized controller, the point of balance for Ingestion, Connectivity, and Data.
Core Governance Services: Acts as the rules registry, maintaining the mesh’s constitution (schemas, entitlements, and taxonomies) to ensure that data speaks a common language across all domains.
Connectivity Services: Powered by the Event Backbone, these services orchestrate the “data journeys” through the mesh, managing state transitions and ensuring every transaction is cryptographically recorded in an immutable audit trail.
Each organization retains full sovereignty over their data, while mesh403 coordinate collaboration across organizational boundaries.
The Mechanics of the Xchange: A Distributed Push-Pull System
The mesh403 Xchange operates on a sophisticated push-pull mechanism that ensures high performance without compromising the sovereignty of individual Domain Nodes.
The Sovereign Push: The journey begins at the Ingestion Plane, which pushes raw data from the edge into the Data Plane. Here, Domain Nodes transform raw signals for authenticated sources into governed Data Products. Once ready, the Domain Node pushes metadata up to the Xchange to register the asset and simultaneously pushes an event notification into the Connectivity Plane.
The Governed Pull: Unlike a traditional hub that forces data through a central pipe, our Xchange acts as the intelligent dispatcher. It monitors the Connectivity Plane, pulling in service requests and event messages to coordinate the “next leg” of the data journey. It ensures that data is only moved when the rules—entitlements, schemas, and taxonomies—are met.
This push-pull architecture ensures that the underlying data products remain the sovereign property of their respective Domain Nodes. The Xchange (the Mesh Controller and Connectivity Plane) provides the coordination and the rails, but it never takes permanent ownership of the cargo, maintaining a true Federated state.
Making Every Data Product Understandable Through Semantics
Mesh403’s semantic layer brings consistency to distributed data by aligning meaning, not centralizing models. Each domain publishes data in its own context, while a shared semantic foundation ensures it can be discovered, trusted, and reused across the mesh.
By embedding semantics directly into the data product lifecycle, we enable
- Interoperable data products across domains
- Consistent definitions without tight coupling
- AI-ready data with clear business meaning

USE CASES
The Architecture for Trusted Sustainability Data
Sustainability Data fails today due to data being trapped in silos, inconsistent metrics across domains and difficulty to audit.
